At Mahee Jaipur, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted garments, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a refund or size swap.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal or email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup; please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging.

  Processing

  Upon receiving the return at our Jaipur warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the garment for any signs of wear or damage.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Following a successful inspection, we will process your exchange shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
